Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form, call, or email us, we collect what you choose to share. That usually includes:

Your name, phone number, and email address
The address or general location of the property
A description of the epoxy flooring work you are asking about
Any photos, documents, or notes you send us

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site records basic technical details when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on the page, and the site or search that sent you here. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

Call and form tracking

We may use a third party call and form tracking service to understand which pages and marketing sources produce inquiries. When you call a number listed on this site, that service may record the number you dialed, your phone number, the date and time, the length of the call, and the marketing source connected to your visit. If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start of the call.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your question and schedule a visit
To prepare an estimate and explain your options
To follow up about scheduling, work in progress, or a project you asked about
To keep records of your project
To measure which pages and marketing sources bring in inquiries
To improve the content and usability of this site
To meet legal, tax, insurance, and safety obligations

We contact you using the phone number or email address you provide. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

People doing the work. Team members and independent contractors involved in inspecting, quoting, or completing your project.
Service providers. Companies that run our website hosting, form handling, call tracking, email, and analytics, and that may only use the information to provide those services.
Legal reasons. When we are required to share information by law, or when it is needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Business transfer. If the business is sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer with it.

See our Referral Marketing Disclosure for how inquiries may be passed to contractors we work with.

Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices

Cookies let the site remember your visit and let us measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site may not work the way they should, but you can still reach us by phone or email.

Email and text messages

We send email about the project or question you contacted us about. If we ever send marketing email, every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops those messages. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so unless we need to keep a record for legal, tax, or warranty reasons, and we will tell you if that is the case.

Children

This site is intended for adults arranging epoxy flooring. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, including using trusted service providers and limiting who can see customer records. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial information through the form.

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as they are useful for serving you and for as long as the law requires, then delete or anonymize them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
